Lizzy Dregne

I've been a personal tainer/movement coach for over 6 years and I believe movement should be used to celebrate our bodies-- not punish them. My goal with all of my clients is to use movement to help them get to know their bodies, learn what their bodies need, and make the adjustments that create the most freedom and confidence in themselves. I don't focus on weight loss, muscle gain, nutrition, or cardio. I believe that if we set a strong and sustainable foundation to build on, everything else falls into place naturally as a result. I've tried every diet, style of workout, and method to get quick, extreme results in my own life, and they've never lasted.
So between my own journey and the last 6 years helping hundreds of others get long-lasting, confidence boosting, life changing results, I can confidently say that my methods Work.
